Delete your account
You can permanently delete your SkillCore account and personal data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email, and personal settings.
- Personal records tied only to you, such as your Skill Passport data.
- Your sign-in credentials. You will be signed out on all devices.
What is retained, and why
SkillCore is used by shops to keep an audit-ready record of proficiency. When you leave, records that belong to the shop's audit trail — verifications, sign-offs, and issued credentials — remain, but your name and email are de-identified.
Verifications are append-only and are never hard-deleted. A withdrawn verification is marked revoked, with the reason and timestamp, so the audit trail stays intact.
Shops with legal or regulatory obligations may retain additional audit records as required by law.
How to delete your account
Choose whichever works for you:
Signed in, you can also go to Settings and scroll to Delete account. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll verify your identity and delete it for you.
